I just had my driver's side door actuator fixed yesterday and then when I pressed the #1 seat position nothing worked. The memory seat buttons stopped working, do you have to plug them in and do you think they forgot or did they pinch the wire? They are also ordering me a new analog clock do you think it will be the 2010 clock with the roman numerals on it or the same one I have now with the numbers 9 and 3 on it? Thanks

I love the new clock, hopefully it's that one, but they might have went with the one you had because they'd have to give GM a different VIN than your own to get the new style clock. But you could always check eBay!

As for the memory seats, does it still beep whenever you press the button? Press the easy exit button and then press #1 to see if it moves then. My mom keeps trying to convince me that her easy exit feature doesn't work but it works every time I drive the Escalade. :)

Hello,

I see you are having problems with your vehicle. Did the dealership do this repair? If so, I would recommend taking this back to them to correctly fix this issue. If you would like me to set up an appointment, or there is anything I can do, please let me know.

Thanks alot Mr. Allen yes it was in the Cadillac dealership and they did the work. I called and told them about the problem and they told me to bring it back in and they would take care of it. I am going to wait until my clock comes in and have them take care of both of those issues at the same time instead of having to take it in 2 seperate times. I appreciate you getting involved and making sure that things are handled correctly. Zach as for the seats yes I tried reprogramming them by hloding down the 1 and the 2 buttons and it does not beep and the easy exit seat buuton does nothing as well. It was working before it went in that's why I think they probably forgot to hook it back up when they removed the door panel, I am not sure if it is a seperate wire that plugs in or if it is clumped in with a bunch of others, you might know. My power mirrors fold in and out and blinkers and all work all the power windows just for some reason the seats. Thanks again for all of your help!

Well the seat buttons aren't affiliated with the driver side switch panel that does all the mirror and window functions, so it is most likely just an uplugged harness.

I got my Escalade fixed Friday and they forgot to plug in the seat memory wire and they gave me the new 2011 clock with the roman numerals and not the numbers. I like the new clock, looks nicer IMO.
