I am going to be buying a hood and driver side rear door from a 2005 Yukon to put on my 2002. Are there any potential fitment issues I need to watch out for or tips for setting the gaps right? Thanks.

I don;t think there would be a problem with gaps, rather that the Tahoes/Yukons and Yukon Xls/Suburbans underwent a minor redesign in 2003 and the window/seat memory/seat heater/mirror/lock controls might not have the same plug.

I would get parts from an 00-02, not an 03-06.
