Door handles 03Z71

Where are you guys buying your door handles from? Someone punched my locks in trying to steal my Hoe, and now have to replace a driver's side.

Up here in the Great White North the stealership charged me $50 for the passenger side, now want $130 for the driver's side, WTF.....

So, I found this site here and wondering if it's reputable or are there better places to buy from?

Went to LMC Trucks and only see the chrome, but looking for smooth black instead, perhaps another site ?

As well, the thing that throws me off is when they call them "door handle cover". Is it a door handle to replace the previous unit, or just a freakin' cover over the current one. I don't need a cover, I need the replace the unit as some dipshyte thief punched in my lock, so the lock retainer(part of the door handle) is broken and why I need the unit.

Looks like the handle is $25. If you are wanting the lock cylinder its $70. This is assuming I have the right year and model entered.

I got my smooth black ones from LMC

Front Driver Side Smooth 1999 - 07 with Keyhole Part # 39-6536

Look at bottom left of page 11

p.s. I had same thing happen to me. I got a new lock cylinder for $20.00 on ebay and dealer keyed it for me for $20.00

You are awesome bkboatnsleds ! I just order 2 left fronts and a spare for the passenger side for half the cost of 1 drivers side at the stealership. And they ship to Canada too ! I'm dumbfounded how stealerships stay in business...dang!
