Door Lock Acuators broken??

So...here's the story

I bought my hoe off my uncle back in april, and the lock acuators are not working except the driver side its weird that all of them went out after another. So now if i got my friends coming with me i have to unlock the doors by hand cuz they won't do it with the unlock button. Could it be a relay?? or did some how all the motor's blow out on the locks?? I've ruled out the alarm, but maybe im overlooking something. My uncle couldn't figure out why this happend all of a sudden. If anyone can help me out it would be appreciated.
