Door lock / unlock actuator 99 tahoe

Anyone ever put one in? I searched the forums, to no avail.

I took the door panel off, looks like the rod from the latch to the actuator is pressed on.

Not going to pay the dealership to do it on an 11 year old truck.

Any help appreciated.

its a clip the rod is pressed through

Yea, it's a piece of cake. You can just pry out the 2 sides with a flathead.

Got it changed out today.........not a piece of cake, but not too difficult, just time consuming.
