I am working on a project where we are modifying a 2016 Yukon XL. I would love to be able to tie into the door locks and remote start with our controls (door and ramp deployment for wheelchair access). It has the remote start, but not the push button start, because it is just a SLE. I assume some of the aftermarket alarms tie into both the remote start and door lock systems. Any idea how? Is there an interface module, splicing of wires, or something else?
Also, I will need an indicator that the vehicle is in park. Any ideas of the easiest place to tie into a factory harness to get that?
