I need to splice some wire onto my driver side speaker wire its a lil short what kinda wire do I need?

If you're just adding a little bit just use whatever you have laying around that's bigger than 18 ga. Solder and heat shrink the connections.


If you are rewiring the whole thing, I would get speaker wire.

I thought about rewiring the whole thing but the system I have sounds fine just need to fix this, really don't have anything laying around I see 18 guage speaker wire online can prolly get some from a local shop
