Driveline vibration can cause what??

I have a little vibration around 55-60mph. I am in the process of adding a little more angle to the axle to get the correct angle of zero to match the CV driveshaft. My questions is what problems can happen from the vibration? I had a new transfer case installed in august, it is leaking all of a sudden. Could the vibration cause this? It does not look to be coming from the output of the t-case either and I would imagine that vibration would wear the bushing before anything else, right?

What are your thoughts?

the output shaft housing on mine broke a bolt hole on the top, wipe everything down. drive for a few miles and see where the leak is coming from. i had to take the tcase out to find mine. if u have a diff drive shaft than stock take to a shop and they can ballance it for u, also the ujoints on the shaft coult be going bad causing it to vibrate, dont hold me to it tho. and if u take the tcase out, there is no one who makes seals for it, go to auto zone or some where and buy some gasket maker. its not hard to take it apart, the only bad thing is taking the damn heavy thing out and trying to put it back up there. good luck and i will watch this thread in case u have other q's!

It is leaking right on the seem. A brand new t-case too, the good thing is it is supposed to carry a 1 or year warranty so this should be a free fix. Goes in on monday to get fix or another new one is my guess.
