Driver and Passenger window not rolling down

Hello all i just bought a 96 tahoe and the driver and passenger window do not roll down. I tried rolling them down from the driver side and the passenger side switch nothing happens. The rear windows roll down using the driver switch just fine. I heard it could be a bcm problem but the radio works (its aftermarket). I will unplug the battery and let it reset itself but until i check that does anyone have any thoughts? The dude i bough this from had a system installed so i hope its not the cause of this. no bcm at work on those. you will need to probe wires with the wire diagram to find the fault.

thank for the response. ILl check the wires out soon. Im curious, do the 96 tahoes have the bcm or is it a RAP module?

im not sure if its the same on a 96 tahoe but on the 02 i had id just take the door apart and unplug the harness from the motor stuck my voltmeter probes in the end of harness try the switch and see if i got 12 volts on my meter wich would mean its just the motor and everytime ive had problems with the windows its always either the motor or the regulator wiring spool comes undone

same except for yours added relay in the mix on each door for better power distribution and reduced electric wear on the switches.

I found this random black box relay under the dash on the left side near the ebrake. I pulled it and it stopped some accessories from working. What is that exactly? I also ordered a window switch as well to see if that changes anything. I will follow up once i give that a shot and check the voltage as well.

black box relay? you have pics of it and connector. wire colors?
