Driver seat hi heat doesn't work, most of the time.

2001 'hoe - When I press the heated seat button. It only goes to low. Maybe once out of 20-30 times will I have the high option. Any guesses on where I should start looking for the culprit?

The heating element is known for intermittent shorting causing problems.

Or you have an intermittent relay or switch problem but the elements are well known for problems, especially at that age.
