Drivers window tint blemishes

I have a 2020 Tahoe which sits outside.
After 2 + years we've noticed "blotches" or blemishes in the original driver's side window ranging in size from nickel to quarter size all over the window, it doesn't seem to be a random pattern; almost like it's a pattern, row after, row, all the way across top to bottom.
Took it to.closest dealer. Service manager said it's a known problem but I cannot find anything online. It's been replaced and in the sunlight, the new window (presumably OEM) is showing exactly the same issue after 1 week.
Anyone?
