Hi just curious if anybody else notices the headlight beam edge light or line it makes?

I believe that's associated with having your projector lens inside your headlight. It essentially keeps the low beam light out of oncoming drivers' eyes. If you think in contrast, to someone who improperly installs a plug and play HID kit into and older style reflector housing, that style of light has no cutoff and instead scatters light everywhere.
