I'm dropping my tahoe from a 6" to a 4" because of the whobbling and the tires are to big for the tahoe.

No,

I'm going with a 285/60/18 0r a 305/55/18. That is one of the reason why i'm dropping. it is to be of a tire for a tahoe. Gearing issues

IMO the tire/wheel package you mentioned above will look too small with a 4-inch lift.

what lift are u going with?

I'm going from a 6" BDS lift to a 4" BDS lift. It is going to be a very short fix from the dealer and the bds rep.. I don't know what size tires to put on them. I just know that the 325/65/18 that i have on the 6" will not fit. The reason why i'm going down 2" is because of the whobbing effect. i don't think i would of have that problem with a surb or a truck because there are longer.

I have 285s with just leveling kit and wish I would have done 305s so IMO with a 4pm I'd def do 305s or bigger
