We drove up to N. AL Sunday afternoon to deliver new seat covers from leatherseats.com and to check progress on the Escalade build. We're getting close. The builder, Brian Scott, thinks he will finish it in the next 3 or 4 weeks. Right now its in the bodyshop for paint work. They have repainted all the cladding, rear bumper, new front bumper and grillwork. Next, they will recondition the body paint and apply new clear coat. Should be out of paint by Thursday.
This video captures the sound of the dual exhausts. Exhaust system includes shortie headers, OEM cats, 2" pipes to dual in/out muffler to center exhaust tip. I like the growl of the exhausts. Not too loud, but definitely not stock sounding; kinda mellow and aggressive at the same time. I think it will sound awesome cruisin' the MS piney woods backroads.
