I have an 05 Yukon XL 100. The climate control in the front only blows heat at the highest temperature setting (90 degrees). If I bump it back to 89 degrees it starts blowing cold air. The rear temp control works fine, it is just the front dual controller (both sides) I assume that it is just a calibration issue. Is that something I can do or is that a mechanic/dealer fix? Any suggestions or remedits if you've had this problem?

Hello,

You may want to take a look at the aspirator. It is located right above your head in the driver seat. It looks like a little speaker or something, but actually it is a small gray box with a temp TC with a little squirrel cage blower. A lot of people cut the wires to them, disconnect or they remove entirely. Mine was seized up and the previous owner just cut the wires. He told me that the heat would work on 90 just fine but anything else would blow cold.
