Dual exhaust or Single Exhaust?

I just wanted some opinions.
Im debating over a magnaflow dual or single exhaust. im going all stainless steel. and rolled edge tips. so what do you guys think?

Dual or Single.

IF signle Exhaust. which mean you only need 1 Catalyst converter. if so will it still pass?

im not gunna mess with my cats. im just gunna go from cat back. i think i want duals. im guna go with the magnaflow 14385

I went with a y pipe and 45 degree angle duals with 3 1/2 inch tips.

Duals with the tips coming out at a 45 degree angle in the rear in my opinion. Get some nice stainless steel tips on there and you are set.

Gunna get a flowmaster super 40 duals straight out the back by the trailer hitch. with some 3.5 inch tips! ill try and get some photos up for ya guys.

These are (mostly) luxury SUV's, not mud trucks. Most guys go too big on exhaust and it ends up hurting performance. A properly setup single will outperform and outsound a crappily (lol is that a word??) setup dual system. I've proved it many times against these local hicks from a stop light.

went with ****** aero dual inlet/dual outlet and just turned down the tips right off of the muffler, sounds great - deep tone.

Correct,

3" For an F/I or heavily modded N/A app. DD use a good 2 to 2.5" will do. Performance will SUFFER at low end.
