For a while now, alot of us have been looking for a dual-stabilizer with not much luck....so since my single seemed a little due for changing the shock out, I used this as an excuse to build my own dual stabilizer with some flat stock metal. It was a good bonding experience with my brother-in-law who's a cool cat, and I learned how to manipulate metal pretty well.

After we got them nice and square and flat, I primed em good and painted them that Eibach red :Handshake:

That's a good build, good job.
My model could use one with the 26s and all, but nobody makes even a single for them.

why would you need a double? i had heard even with the single you loose return to center steering??

i thought they were all universal? couldnt you just make your own brackets? seems pretty simple to me to make some brackets up

Hmm, not sure if they are universal but I remember search many times and was only able to turn up some for the pre 07 models.
A double would mean even more steering dampening, and 26" wheels don't balance to well at speeds above 80mpth, they start to cause the steering to shake excessively.

Seemed like a good idea at the time :)

Seriously, after about 3months with the single, I noticed some of the play coming back so i figured that since lot of lifted truck kits use the dual setup for the big/heavy tires, it would make my truck more stable with the 90lb. wheels.

Bringing this back up to top.

How is the stabilizer working out for you?

Fabtech also makes a single...and it wouldn't be too hard fabricating a dual opposing style setup. I'm looking at doing this with bilsteins for mine.
