Hair brain idea I've had for years, what trucks can I swap from to bolt directly to my leaf spring cradles without having to cut/weld. I'm not worried about brake lines or parking brake issues. Just need ideas so I can start looking for donor trucks. Thanks! Bump thread if needed or links would be great.

I would think that the cradles would be different to start with on a dually axle. Heavier duty than just your standard 1/2 ton axle. Not only that but your u-joints and yoke would be different too. Not impossible to accomplish but would require more fab work than bolt on. IMO.

When buying a DUALLY REAR END, take your tape measure and make sure the brake backing plate is 6 inches from the spring perch's on both sides. So many people have been cheated by buying a 1 ton rear end which is different, meaning a true DUALLY rear end is 12 inches wider.
As op stated, yoke for drive shaft will be different, but new u-joint will solve it. Find a parts store that .has catalog for SPICER products. JMHO and Good luck.
