Dumb question but had to ask

Have you ever hear of the crush proof exhaust tubing. The exhaust is flexible I the dumb ass that I am I thought about removing a rusty piece and attaching it together with this tubing. What size of piping is used on the exhaust piping?? Dont laugh but thats my easy way out. will it be reliable for a year or so??

Most Big Semi's use a short piece of Flex exhaust tubing to connect from the downpipe to the main system. it lasts a very long time. Just make sure you use the right clamps for it.

Is it like the piece on the far end of this exhaust?



If it is they are using it as OEM on stock exhaust for 2010 escalades. It was a flexible piece that made connecting up the exhaust nice and easy.
