DVD headphones

My first post. When my daughter is watching a movie and plugs her headphones in, she can only listen to the radio. Tried using all the buttons and nothing changes it to the movie. Do you have to have the wireless ones only? Thanks so much for any help with this. Bud

Slightly disappointed

I see that my very first post does not even get one reply. In fact it is the only one with no reply. I would like to get the port headphones but if it is broke what would be the point. Should I get the two channel? Hope someone reply's to this one.

I saw your post but didn't have any input on your question since I don't use headphones with our DVD setup, hope you get someone with some knowledge on your question!

I am assuming you're using the headphone jacks on the RSE on the back of the console? Further assuming that you have pressed the "SRC" button on the RSE until "DVD" is displayed?
