just picked up my 2017 tahoe LTZ. the remote is hit and miss. 90% of the time when i hit a button it doesn't respond. i have aimed it all over the place. my 2015 i was able to use the remote from outside the truck with the door open leaning in. this one doesn't work right next to the screen away from the screen high low. you get it.

any ideas? batteries are def working cause i get responds once in a while. its all the buttons not just a certain one.

You could replace the battery just in case that one is weak. Vehicles do weird things when batteries are weak. Also try the second remote to see if it responds the same. If that does not work I would say dealer time.
