Is there an E85 tune available for the LM7 engine? All export model Tahoes are LM7 engined, but I'd love to be able to use only E85, as it's a lot cheaper here compared to gasoline which is at $10/gallon..

If your vehicle is flex fuel, then you can already use the E85. If it is not flex fuel, you need to change out some engine/fueling components to accommodate the ethanol.

My vehicle is not flex-fuel, as no export models were. Plain LM7. I was just wondering, as I can install a piggyback conversion kit between the injectors and wiring harness, but with so many tunes available for these engines, I was thinking maybe there was a tune for running E85 on non-flexfuel engines. What components are the problem areas for making a E85 tune for a stock LM7? :)

Junkyard parts are out of the question, as there are virtually no GMT800 platform cars to be found in any junkyard in Norway/Europe..

Off the top of my head , you would need a larger volume fuel pump, bigger injectors and tuning to be able to run e85 exclusively. To be flex fuel, an alcohol sensor would also be needed.
