Evap solenoid valve stays closed all the time. I ohm'd white wire with battery disconnected and the 2 connectors on computer disconnected and it was not grounded. Plug computer back up w/ key off and solenoid clicked closed. Have I checked this right and thinking the computer is always grounding white wire keeping solenoid closed. I think I might need a computer?
