I have a 2005 Yukon XL 2500. Earlier this year, the cabin temperature aspirator/sensor died. I replaced the sensor with an OEM from the dealer. Now, it seems as though the interior gets too cold. If I have the temp set on 76....it will freeze you out. Same thing happens with heat....had to set it to 78 to get a reasonably warm interior. Rear climate control is fine.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like it could be a stuck blend door actuator or maybe the front heater core needs a flush. Sometimes they get gunked up. This problem is all too common with these trucks.

If it were just in the winter, I'd be more willing to go that way. This happens in the summer as well. I remember seeing a TSB or other such document mentioning it being too cold in the cabin...
