How can I tell If I have one? The front driver side has some sort of electric plug from engine up to the brake vacuum thing no clue what that is. But I have been told to look at front of engine for the block heater?

If "factory" (meaning dealer) installed then they zip tie the 110V cord along the inside of the grill - take a look upwards from under the front bumper.
