Engine cutting out

My engine is starting to cut out a little bit. Kind of feels like carbon build up or something. I bought the Denali with 70k on it and put about 12k on it. I doubt its had new plugs and wires yet and thinking about doing that but is there something else that is pretty common on these engines?

Could be a dirty or messed up throttle body.

Hopefully it's not having DoD / AFM issues.

That did come on the 6.2s right?
