I was just coming home from work in my 07 Tahoe LT. I was cruising and seen a cop. I looked down at my gauge cluster to see how fast I was going. Right after that my temperature went from 210 to 160 and on my DIC I seen Engine Hot / A/C Turned Off. What could be the cause of this??

Maybe a bad temp sensor.

That's what I keep hearing. I will try to change it out and see what happens. Worse that can happen is it don't fix it and I have to go to the dealer. Id rather pay $30 for the part than $130 for the dealer to tell me the problem

I'm willing to bet Firestone could help you out.

well now I have a bigger problem lol. I swapped the sensor out but put it too tight and it snapped in the motor. now I have to find a way to get it out

Idk how it is but you might be able to jam a flat in it and unscrew it that way.
