Erratic Fuel Pressure Video

Hi all,

I'm battling a p0300 issue and have come down to fuel pressure. This is what it looks like on video. Shouldn't the gauge be somewhat steady? Also it looks a bit low to me.
What do you guys think? Just about everything on the truck is new as far as sensors, cap rotor wires etc.

Have you checked all of your spark plugs?

Yup. New cap, rotor, wires, plugs, zero'd timing, CASE relearn, adjusted valves, vacuum steady, cleaned maf, seafoamed, etc... the list goes on.

Have you ever seen pressure bounce like that before?
