i have an 03 ext and it has the stock air shocks in the back which has a compressor hooked to it that makes the shocks air up when a load get put in to level out the truck.

could i somehow hook up a tank and use that compressor for a set of train horns? just a thought.

I'm sure you could do it, with wiring, relays, and solenoids etc. Most likely, it's going to be a lot easier to just buy a pump and a tank. You can find them for relatively cheap.

I would say no... The pump for the shocks is not designed to produce huge volumes of air. You would be better off getting a high volume pump.

I have seen people try and use the Range Rover Air suspension pump to pump up tires and etc, and they end up burning it up. Same thing with the pump for ARB Air Lockers.
