Exhaust manifold...

I need to install this on the driver side rear which appears to be a terrible place to try and get to. Any ideas for an easier install. Thanks for any advice offered. Thanks for the replies..

on the drivers side...

the ground strap was a ***** to get out. We ended up taking the manifold off. Doing that made it a lot easier to do. Went ahead put new gasket and bolts in. Good as new!
