Extended Warranty

I was looking for some extended warranty advice; I have a 2007 GMC Yukon SLT 4WD that is currently under the GM certified warranty (12K or 12 month bumper to bumper). That warranty runs out in about 2,000 miles and I was looking for options on an extended warranty beyond that. I wanted to get the GM Major Guard, but was told that is only available if your vehicle is under the original 3 yr 36K. The dealer I purchased it from is not longer a franchised GMC dealer but they offered me a Fidelity warranty (3 years and 36K) for $2099 with a $100 deductible. That would put me under warranty until 96K or August 2013. Does anyone have experience with Fidelity warranties?
