Fabtech 6" + 35s = rubbing on factory auto extend running boards

Anyone have the same problem? It looks like you might be able to pull the end cap off and shorten them a bit?

Yeah dude it can happen. What offset wheels are you running? Pics of the Yukon would help too. You can trim the corners. I used a tiger paw on a grinder to smooth the curve down. Look close at the pic where the end cap meets board. It has a curve from the body down to flush with board.

Right. I am almost done with the drivers side. I ended up removing about 1" which should just clear the tire now. I'll try to post some pics of the other side as it is happening.

Konvict, your yukon is non stop inspiration. I love that rare color and the custom lift, but I want your truck in black.

Haven't had that problem on my 2016 Suburban with Pro Comp 6" lift and 35" Pro Comp Extreme MT2s
