I bought this CD changer for my old 02 Trailblazer and I used it with a factory navigation radio. I took it out when I traded the truck and I decided I'm not going to use it on my new one. It worked fine when I took it out. I'm also including the needed harness to retrofit this to a Tahoe or Yukon that didn't originally come with it. I made my own half adapter for the smaller connector on the back of the radio and I believe it just needs the power, ground, Class 2, and backlight wires tapped into from the larger connector.
