I read using fishing line and heat gun, tried it and sucked. Used heat gun and got em nice and warm. Got underneath em with a bondo spreader and grabbed and pulled. The leftover adhesive I took off with a eraser wheel. I also bedlined mine after so I wasn't too concerned about scratching or damaging and the paint was faded underneath, not sure how.

If you take your time with eraser wheel it turns out nice, I had alse debadged my rear hatch at the same time with eraser wheel and turned out flawless. Just go over the area with some rubbing compound lightly IMO

flares come off with just a few screws *WD40 them first, probably been in a while*

The molding on the side is not hard at all! just time consuming. Like Auto said, use a heat gun and they deform/peel right off... I've tried this a few times. Be prepared to find door dings that magically appear under the strip. I had over 10 ;(
When i was removing the 3m tape stuff under the molding, i found that if you leave it in tact, and soak it with goo-gone, then you can just push it over itself and it'll come right off. I had trouble with the areas that actually had very little tape left over, these spots i used goo-gone and a microfiber... definately clean everything in between each step and you'll need to go over it with a compound and polish.
I didnt want to at first, but after I found all the little "pressure chips" behind the molding, i ended up bed lining the rocker panels as well *after i touched up the chips*

honestly, i have no idea. had it done at a shop. I wouldn't recommend the place though, seems like they were in a hurry and it built up/looks wet in a few places, and their tape job in the door jabs just sucked :( guess i get what i paid for, it was the cheapest place i could find :boxed:
