finally got my ripped leather seat fixed

The leather was ripped, cushion all caved in on one side. Finally got the two pieces fixed, top (leather) and side piece (vinyl). Restuffed cushion. Looks better and seat is much more comfortable.

well, after looking online for seats, mostly craigslist, leather seats run from 400-600, front power seats. I could have gotten somewhat newer seats, like 2004, but that is still caved in and aged leather. So, I went with the fix. A good bit <$300. One day job, the guy is a pro and does this repair almost once a week on suv's he said. Good enough for me, and I am pleased with it.

go roll around in the dirt and slide in and out a bit to make it grungy like the rest of the seat. :) or, just get that leather dye and restore the rest of the seat and it'll look great.

I Like it, But agree now fully clean and redie the rest of the seat.
