Finally got some smooth vent caps thanks to my dad. He and out body shop friend took the extra set I had laying around and made them they turned out great and I had no idea he was doing them! Let me know what y'all think. Gonna redo the roof line like WHITEOUT when I get back to work

they look great! soo did they fill the original ones? im still doing one of mine bt its coming along

Yeah they filled the originals he said they hit it with some 80 grit the filled with some bondo then hit again with 80 grit some more bondo sanded and shaped it then painted and cleared

jaja crazy because thats the same proccess im doing with mine..easy cheap mod if you know how to work with body filler

Dura Glass would have been a much better choice for the first 2 fill coats. It doesn't shrink and crack like Bondo does in thick applications. They do look good.
