Looks good. I dig that look. I had a white '95 Z-71(pick-up) and had a shop paint my mirrors white. I was always glad I did that. A local guy still has it and I can always tell that truck a mile away by the mirrors. I think your truck would look good with the front windows tinted and couple fine line black painted pinstripes down the length.

Take a picture in the sunlight so that we can see the wheels. Black wheels in the shade make for a hard thing to see. I have seen other people do what you did, and it looks good.

How'd you go about removing the chrome? I'm looking to do a set myself.

pretty damn hard. i had to sand with a lot of different grits, and after I was completely done I had them sandblasted.

I'm guessing it's gonna be a chore, but I got more time than doe right now. I'm just doing the lips on the rims in my sig, they kinda pitting. Was going to powdercoat but I don't care for the ride of 22's so no need to waste doe. I'm going to go with some 20's with 305/50's once I get a few other things done. Your job came out nice. If I can can come close with mine I'll be happy and put 'em up for sale next winter.

It was a bit of a project for me, it took about a week. Seeing as yours are 22", they could take a little more than a week. But it came out nicely and I'm loving it. good luck!
