Is there somewhere in the floor or firewall that’s easy to get at to run some wires from engine bay to cab ?

I was farting around one day looking through some wiring manuals and stumbled across this. No idea if our trucks have that or not. Didn't have time to check it out.

Or you can run down the driver's side outer frame there is a wire harness you can zip tie to then come in through the shift cable grommet in the driver's floor under the carpet.

Where is that exactly ? I just took a gander under the drivers side carpet where the pedals are and I don’t see any harness going through ?
