Well after many many years and never owning a brand new vehicle except for a lease I decided to order a new Yukon Denali. After reading many threads about ordering I guess let the waiting game begin, still need to understand this whole system of ordering a new GM vehicle. When I went to the dealer they had pre printed order sheets except for exterior/interior color. They had all the RPO's listed and stated this was the only way that GM would except the order. I guess this was they way to not select anything that would be on the restraint list, so will see what shakes out as this is all new for me.

Did you place an order yet? You can at least build a 2023 now on gas website to see pricing and available options. Currently the only major package still offered on a Denali non ultimate is the advanced tech package but your order will not get accepted by GM with that package until oct or later.
After waiting 10 months and multiple orders, I continued to check GM's inventory after building my config every week and persistence paid off. I found my truck in another state and picked it up this week. No mark up. I got the Yukon Denali XL only package was max trailer, other option were: air ride, assist steps, sunroof, and black wheels. We got really lucky as we found our exact config for a 23 in a 22 and saved a few bucks. I am extremely happy with the new ride, and yes its worth the wait!!! Try to find a dealer that has no mark up and good allocation. When you search gms inventory they are really cranking out 23/s at the moment but 90% of the builds shipping out are SLE's or Ultimates... SMH.

What options/config did you go with? If you have an order number that's good, gm accepted the preliminary order, no the waiting game begins.
I'd suggest searching weekly on gm's website to see available 22/23's heading to dealers you might get lucky.

Just tell yourself it will be 6month wait. Hopefully it’s less. My order went in 11/14/21 and I took delivery on 2/11/22. I was figuring it would be May ‘22. Super glad I went wen I did though, before the price increases and got 1.9% financing…
And just built my Denali as a 2023, MSRP now $93,115 vs the 86,650 MSRP of my 22. Only “add” for 23 is the Parking Assist…assuming this price will go up a bit when SuperCruise starts shipping.

As far as the options, it is pretty much loaded and was pre-set by the dealer to pass all the constraints. All I did was select the color, which is Pearl Beige Metallic and Light Shale interior.
