Fitting 285/65/18s

What's the typical lift recommended to stuff in 285/65/18s with 18x9 wheels? I take it stock is out of the question?

Tires being considered are 32.6" diameter and 11.5" wide. Thanks!

i have an 07 yukon and im putting 285/70/17 nitto terra grapplers in the next few weeks. i have a leveling kit on mine and i already checked it out and i shouldnt have to cut my wheel well any. it just depends on what type of look you are going for.
