Ok I need to fix my blend/flapper door . Are there anyway to do this without taking everything out? Also need to know the correct name for the arm and spring thing that connects to the actuator. Mine is missing the spring. I really don't want to take the ac box out ,I just replaced all ac stuff but the evperator and filled the system. Thanks guys

This should help, but you should be able to get to it from under the dash without the entire dash coming off If memory serves me right

I kind of have the same problem, just haven't got to it yet. You have 3 doors turned by 1 servo motor. That's why they at all connected by that rod with spring on it. It's pretty complicated, but I'll do my best to explain how to fix it. If it's not the servo (mine wasn't, mine comes out the defrost no matter what blend setting its on), then your probably going to have to take the dash off and go in there and fix the doors. Because a lot of times, if you change batteries, or blow the ac fuse or anything like that. The servo will keep turning and mess up the doors (top door/rod is bent) just go in there and fix your doors. Then take the servo off, and take it apart and sometimes a gear is popped out. If it's not, just turn the blender nob on the ac controller. And if it doesn't start clicking then your good, put it all back together your done. If it does click, pick up one of the gears, and let the motor spin till it stops, then put the gear that you picked up back on, and put it back together. Your done. Hope this helped.
