Flexplate/Flywheel Replacement Part Advice - 07 Z71

Hey Everyone,

2007 Z71.

I have to replace my flexplate and wanted to put an order in. I have a few options on Rockauto, who I like to use.

1. Brand - ATP vs Pioneer
2. Internally balanced vs externally balanced.

Does anyone have any input on what would be a good option based on actual experience? I'm okay with spending more for a HD version as i do tow a bit. My understanding is our 5.3L are internally balanced? Any fitment issues to consider?
