Folding mirror repair or replace options?

2007 Denali. Passenger side mirror quit folding. I completely disassembled to find the plastic gear broken, as usual apparently. What are my options to replace only the broken gear, complete folding motor or entire mirror assembly?

Is it possible to take out just the gears?

i had the same issue. i ended up finding a donor mirror with a good motor and swapped it into my mirror. i haven't found just a "replacement motor" anywhere, so this seems like the only option short of buying a whole new unit.

And this is the reason I asked the OP the question I did. I have a mirror that came off my burb that has a good motor if they can be swapped out. The plastics on the mirror are pretty beat up so that's why I'd only sell it as a "parts" mirror.
