Ford keys need quick answer

Gonna run up to the junk yard here in a bit and try to find a set of keys for my 05 tahoe. They have lots of f150s just need a quick answer on what specific truck they need to come off of... exact years that will work? Does it have to be a v8 model or are the v6 ones the same? Does it have to come from a 4x4? Just don't wanna grab a set from the wrong donor truck and waste a bunch of time. All help appreciated y'all thanks!!
