I wake up with it every day. I want mine back!

Ahhh.... the sound of a cold start after 6 weeks under cover. That HF battery tender worked like a charm.

Green light when I opened the hood and started without hesitation welcomed a nice growl this cool Florida morning.

Time for a wash...

The only growl will be my motor trying to stay running in 5 below zero temps.

Not in the carport. But freshly washed and Slick Mist wiped down. NNBS got the same treatment and Rain X cleaner and protectant on the windows.

Picked my boy up from school this afternoon and ran an errand. He looks over at my cluster and says Dad that is the cleanest glass I have ever seen (he doesn't realize it is only plastic but roll with me here...lol). I mean that is a whole other level of clean Dad!!

Then he sees the Esky shifter and says, "Is that new?" Why do you ask? He touches the leather stitching realizing the stock Tahoe shifter was different. I told him what I did and we started talking about the junkyard, what they are like and then he moved over to episodes of Forged in Fire.

He was thinking of getting steel or aluminum or a Tahoe door and layering it up to make a cool implement of some sort. He finishes with I want to hammer some sword one day out of the fire.

Damn that was a very cool moment for us just riding down the road for a few minutes on a short trip.
