Found the Rear Blower Problem, now what to do about it?

So after buying a new resistor, figuring out that wasn't the problem and volt checking everything, I finally pulled apart the connector next to the emergency brake. It is burned and damaged inside both connectors of the plug.

Is there a way to replace the entire plug, or should I just wire around it?

cut, solder, heat shrink, female/male spades around the plug. <-------
or
buy pins, pin tool. repair plugs.

That's what I figured. Any guesses what the red/yellow/black wire is? I got this truck secondhand. Is that wire stock?

It was the power/ignition/ground to the overhead DVD system.
