2003 Denali XL. Automatic climate control. Neither front or rear blower motors are working. They have both quit at the same time. I checked the 10 and 30 amp fuse in the driver fuse box for the hvac and they are not blown. The display works as it should and so does the compressor and actuators. Just no blower motor at all in the front or rear. Anyone have any insight on this?

Since they both stopped at the same time you may have this to look forward to: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=950661&cc=1415573&jsn=2235

May also need this instead of or with the controller: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=3978654&cc=1415573&jsn=2328

Or like @jonnytahoe said: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=86248&jsn=2046

IMO, unless someone here knows the exact diagnostic steps for this problem, I would join ALLDATAdiy.com and you have access to the same info shops do for tracing the problem down and the membership lasts for a year at a time.

I would take a look at the blower motor resistors and test the blower motors, the front one is pretty easy to access the rear one you have to take some panels off but isn't to hard either. if the blower motor works and the resistor doesn't look burnt then maybe go deeper and check the control modules but you would need a tech2 to do much more than visually inspecting the resistors and testing the blower motors with 12v

Both blower motors would not fail at exactly the same time. I have not had that happen but would be helpful if someone has and reports back. Sounds like a fuse or the Relay because what else would cause those blowers to do that.

Yeah that's what I didn't understand, they both lost power at exactly the same time. But you can select between heat and air. If the fresh air is on the air will come out the vents but the blower motor isn't actually turning. I can't find much information out about anything. I've got Mitchell Pro Demand.

Ok the big fuse box under the hood also has a A/C Relay that is one of those big square things next to the little red 10A a/c fuse. It won't say A/C on it but follow your diagram on the back of the fuse box cover to see which one it is. That would be worth checking or replacing maybe that's your problem.
