Front Door Speaker Grills?

I'm customizing the door panels on a 1999 Tahoe 2dr 2wd. I'm wanting to change out the speaker grills because the ones in the door panels are all dented up. Does anybody have a clue on how the remove the speaker grills without messing up a perfectly good door panel?
