Is there any frame sold to cover the gap around the top light! A frame similar to the bottom light. Because i think it looks missing looks odd

no there is not. that is normal so the headlight can have movement for adjustment since the are not mounted to the grill like the parking lights.

It won't be as noticeable if you paint the silver surrounds on the turn signals black.
