Front O2 Sensor Replacement How-To

Does anyone have any write-ups or tech tips on replacing the front O2 sensors? I need to change mine, but the weather is in the 20's and with out a true garage, Im wondering if this is feasible to get done in like 20 minutes, similar to the rear O2s? I read you have to take the inner wheel wells off, but wondering if thats really necessary
